Diet, lifestyle and supplement recommendations are based on your rest results and how you progress through a treatment course.   We offer a PDF and Video-Based Curriculum designed to guide you through a phased approach where each phase has its own set of goals and priorities.    If we skip steps and fall into the “on again – off again” pattern with the health-kick, we never end the cycle and are held hostage from it.  The intention is to give you the knowledge to build skills and momentum to foster a healthy diet and lifestyle.
