Hi, my name is Courtney. I'm a licensed Acupuncturist passionate about educating people about Functional Medicine and Therapeutic Nutrition.

Established in Portola Valley, California in 2009, Five Seasons Medical is a functional and lifestyle medicine company. We specialize in identifying and addressing underlying  imbalances at the root of chronic health conditions.   We offer an initial functional blood chemistry case review and personalized programs to reset and regenerate your nervous, gastro-immune, detox, and hormonal systems.
